The Nigerian Politics today is so corrupt that they see corruption as a structure. Free and fair election became the thing of the past and seem almost impossible to be implemented in Nigeria's politics today but it's not. In Nigeria politics today, most politicians see their self above the law and above every Nigerian citizen, they believe they are there to be served and not to serve that's the mentality most politicians have they believe the citizens are to serve them instead of the other way round. Most politicians don't believe in accountability they believe they are in politics for just Business and making money for selfish interest they don't care about the welfare of the nation as long as they are okey if it doesn't affect them then they are okay.

Most politicians in Nigeria see the various offices in politics as an opportunity to elevate their family and give their children good life that's why someone came out to celebrate her daughter's graduation from a university outside the country while other students are in strike i mean a prominent politician. I personally lost hope in Nigeria since 2015 and my hope has been revived due to the emergence of Peter Obi, yes I'm saying or campaigning for him because he's Yoruba, Housa, or Igbo. I have hope in him because he's the most qualified of all his running mates and the youngest with a vibrant and a sound mind this article is about the Nigerian Politics so let me stick to it.

The truth about Nigeria is that there's no democracy, the INEC has been a tool used in defeating and hindering democracy in Nigeria. Politicians boldly come out and say thank God they rigged the election and nobody will do anything about it, it has been on for years with the help of the INEC. Most times the citizens are scared to come out to vote due to the fear of thugs and we know a prominent politician who uses thugs to stop free and fair election so people are scared to come out to vote in other not to loose their lives all because of election that will be rigged at the end. But i believe this 2023 fort coming election will be different because the citizens are tired and have decided to use their brain even though we still have Evil forces trying to stop free and fair election in Nigeria but Nigeria must come to light.

Politicians stealing money and going Scot-free in Nigeria has become a norm where the several arms of government are not trust worthy. The Nigerian constitution are there to favor the politicians, the Nigerian Politics is all about whose turn to embezzle and be served by the citizens that's why politicians can go to the extent of paying people to vote for them plus rigging because they see politics as an investment and not serving or developing the country. The question is when will all these injustice stop? I'll leave that for you to answer.

The Nigerian Politics is rooted and built on corruption that ones you disagree then you become an enemy of the government. The Nigerian government is ran by corruption and everyone of them are benefiting that's why they feel it has to continue. There's enough money to get every children into school, there's enough money to build schools, hospital, innovation centers, training centers, agricultural Eco-system and so on the truth and fact is that Nigeria is wealthy but wicked people are the ones in power backed up by external forces but with the approval of our so called leaders because of their selfish benefits. The question now is what is the solution? what can we do as young citizens of Nigeria to stop this?
